VOTRE RÔLE PENDANT LES FÊTES À titre de caissier saisonnier, vous : offrez un service exceptionnel et créez une expérience accueillante pour chaque client traitez les achats, les cartes-cadeaux et autres transactions avec précision et efficacité répondez aux questions des clients concernant le magasin, les produits et les services répondez aux besoins des clients avec attention, assurance et professionnalisme apportez votre soutien aux équipes de vente et du magasin grâce à votre expertise en matière de point de vente participez à l'organisation des événements festifs et à l'amélioration de l'expérience client traitez les informations des clients avec soin et respectez les normes de confidentialité et de sécurité

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ À L’ÉQUIPE Une expérience préalable dans le domaine du service client Une passion pour l'offre d'une expérience client exceptionnelle De solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Une aisance dans l'utilisation des technologies et des logiciels Le souci du détail et la rigueur Un esprit de collaboration et la capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique Un diplôme d'études secondaires La flexibilité nécessaire pour travailler jusqu'à 39 heures par semaine, y compris les soirs, les week-end set les jours fériés Une disponibilité pour la période saisonnière, qui pourrait commencer dès novembre 2026 et se terminer le janvier 2027

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :
