Nous sommes à la recherche de concierges saisonniers(-ières) pour faire vivre la magie des Fêtes grâce à un service exceptionnel et à des expériences mémorables pour notre clientèle..

VOTRE RÔLE PENDANT LA PÉRIODE DES FÊTES

À titre de concierge saisonnier(-ière), vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Accueillir la clientèle et offrir un service exceptionnel.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour toute question concernant le magasin, les produits et les services.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients en personne, par téléphone et par courriel.
  • Répondre aux besoins de la clientèle avec attention, assurance et professionnalisme.
  • Effectuer les transactions de cartes-cadeaux et offrir du soutien aux caisses.
  • Partager des recommandations et faire découvrir les ressources et les attraits de la communauté locale.
  • Participer aux événements des Fêtes et contribuer à créer des expériences mémorables en magasin.

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ À L’ÉQUIPE

  • Une expérience préalable en service à la clientèle.
  • Un réel intérêt pour la création d’expériences client exceptionnelles.
  • D’excellentes aptitudes en communication et en développement de relations.
  • Une aisance avec la technologie et les applications informatiques.
  • Un esprit d’équipe et la capacité de vous épanouir dans un environnement dynamique où les activités se déroulent à un rythme soutenu.
  • Un diplôme d’études secondaires.
  • Une disponibilité pour travailler jusqu’à 39 heures par semaine, y compris les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
  • Une disponibilité pour la période de vente saisonnière, qui pourrait commencer dès Octobre 2026 et se terminer Janvier 2027

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
