VOTRE RÔLE PENDANT LES FÊTES À titre de conseiller à la vente saisonnier, vous : ferez vivre une expérience exceptionnelle à chaque client établirez et entretiendrez des relations durables avec la clientèle atteindrez et dépasserez vos objectifs personnels de vente et de service ferez profiter la clientèle de votre connaissance des produits et de votre expertise en matière de style approfondirez continuellement vos connaissances sur les produits et les marques communiquerez avec la clientèle au sujet des produits et des événements, et lui proposerez des recommandations personnalisées contribuerez aux activités de marchandisage, à la présentation des produits et aux activités sur l’aire de vente répondrez aux besoins de la clientèle avec attention et professionnalisme

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ À L’ÉQUIPE Une feuille de route démontrant votre capacité à atteindre et à dépasser des objectifs de vente D’excellentes aptitudes pour établir des relations avec la clientèle et communiquer efficacement Un esprit de collaboration et la capacité de s’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique Un intérêt marqué pour la mode et le style, ainsi que pour le développement de votre marque personnelle La flexibilité nécessaire pour travailler jusqu’à 39 heures par semaine, y compris le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés Une disponibilité pour la période de vente saisonnière, qui pourrait commencer dès Octobre 2026 et se terminer Janvier 2027

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
