The posting

We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider, proudly certified as a Great Place to Work and ranked the 30th Best Workplace in the UK.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality – and we want you to be a part of it!

Our Nursery Development Team, launched January 2026, exists to unlock the full potential of nurseries across N Family Club. This dynamic team partners with nurseries that need targeted support, bringing energy, hands-on guidance, and expert coaching to raise quality, strengthen leadership, and build confident, capable teams.

Whether you’re a Development Nursery Manager, Deputy, Room Manager, or Educator, your purpose is the same: to help every nursery be the best it can be. Through mentoring, modelling best practice, and providing practical support, the team drives improvement, nurtures excellence, and ensures children and families consistently experience the highest standards of care and education.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Create and maintain safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments across nurseries, ensuring children, colleagues, and parents feel supported and valued while promoting N Family Club’s culture and values.
  • Support the delivery of the ‘learning through play’ educational ethos and N Curriculum across nurseries, modelling best practice and helping teams implement consistently.
  • Lead the daily routine and smooth transitions (sleep, mealtimes, outings) at each nursery you support, coaching teams to maintain structure and high standards.
  • Model outstanding care and education, demonstrating excellence and inspiring colleagues across multiple sites.
  • Guide teams in delivering high-quality observations, assessments, and planning, using these to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support colleagues in creating Outstandingly Outstanding environments and practice, both indoors and outdoors, across the nurseries you visit.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying development opportunities and coaching teams to embed lasting change.
  • Lead and support teams to adhere to policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices, ensuring child welfare remains central in every setting.
  • Facilitate team meetings and development sessions, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to strengthen leadership and practice.
  • Encourage and develop team performance through regular feedback, mentoring, and professional development, helping teams reach consistently high standards of teaching and care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, supporting teams to communicate effectively and foster family engagement.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and Health & Safety are maintained at all nurseries, completing checks and following up on issues promptly.
  • Champion the behavioural safety framework, embedding it in practice across multiple sites.
  • Respect and value all team members, children, and parents, promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment wherever you are.
  • Work flexibly across multiple nurseries, adapting to varying routines and needs, and attend out-of-hours meetings or events as required.
  • Uphold the company H&S Statement of Intent, ensuring safety is always a priority.
  • Role model exceptional standards across all nurseries: lead by example, thrive on feedback, and inspire teams to deliver educational excellence consistently.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
