Tööülesanded: Linnakeskkonna ja järelevalve spetsialisti põhiülesanneteks on riigis ja Tallinnas kehtivate õigusaktidega sätestatud nõuete täitmise kontroll ja esmaste järelevalve toimingute teostamine linnaruumi taristu, avaliku korra, lemmikloomade, heakorra, haljastuse, jäätmemajanduse, välireklaami, liikluskorraldusvahendite, ehitiste, ehitamiste ja kaevetööde üle. Lisaks ka vajalike heakorratööde teostamine linnakeskkonnas.

Omalt poolt pakume: • võimalust anda oma panus Nõmme linnaosa avaliku ruumi arengusse ning selle perspektiivsuse suurendamisse • osakoormusega tööd (0,75) • palka 2100 eurot (bruto) kuus, katseajal 1890 eurot (bruto) kuus • vaheldusrikast ja ka huvitavat tööd • sõbralikku ja toetavat meeskonda • rahulikku ja kaasaegset töökeskkonda Nõmme roheluses • vajaduspõhist täiendõpet • 35 kalendripäeva põhipuhkust kalendriaasta jooksul • töötamist tervist väärtustavas organisatsioonis, kus võimaldatakse kasutada tasustatud tervisepäevi • paindlikku tööaega ning võimalust ühildada töö- ja isikliku elu vajadused

Muud nõuded: Ootame meeskonnaga liituma kolleegi, kes • omab kõrgharidust ja soovitavalt juhtimise kogemust • tunneb tööks vajalikke riigi ja Tallinna õigusakte ning oskab neid oma töös rakendada • on avatud suhtleja ja valdab eesti keelt kõrgtasemel (C1) • on otsustus- ja vastutusvõimeline • tuleb toime pingeliste ja kiiret reageerimist vajavate olukordadega • omab soovitavalt ametialast töötamise kogemust Tallinna linnasüsteemis • on valmis töötama välitingimustes ja põhjendatud juhul ka väljaspool tööaega • on valmis töötama linnaosa elanikele suunatud ürituste ettevalmistamisel ning on valmis aitama kaasa muude heakorratööde valmimisele • omab B-kategooria sõiduki juhtimisõigust • on rõõmsameelne kolleeg, kellel on soov jagada linna väärtusi, milleks on julgus, avatus, headus ja koostöö
