Tööülesanded: Peamised ülesanded:Tootmisjuht vastutab ettevõtte soojusenergia tootmise ja kaugküttevõrkude tehniliselt ohutu, töökindla, efektiivse ja nõuetekohase toimimise eest. Tootmisjuht korraldab ja juhib ettevõtte katlamajade ning kaugküttevõrkude igapäevast käitamist, hooldust, remonti ja arendamist ning vastutab tootmisega seotud tehniliste protsesside, personali ja tööohutuse korraldamise eest. Ettevõtte tootmisüksused hõlmavad hakkpuidul ja kütteõlil töötavaid katlamaju.

Muud nõuded: Kandidaadile esitatavad kohustuslikud nõuded:Haridus ja kutsekvalifikatsioon • kõrgharidus energeetika, soojustehnika, soojusenergeetika või muul asjakohasel tehnikaerialal; • eelistatult Soojusenergeetikainsener, tase 6 või Diplomeeritud soojusenergeetikainsener, tase 7; • eeliseks on tase 7 kutse spetsialiseerumisega: - Kaugkütte- ja kaugjahutussüsteemid; - Soojusseadmed, soojusallikad ja soojuskeskused; - Soojusmajandus.

Töökogemus: • vähemalt 5 aastat töökogemust energeetika, soojustehnika või katlamajade käidu valdkonnas; • vähemalt 3 aastat kogemust tootmise, tehnilise üksuse või katlamaja juhtimisega seotud ametikohal; • praktiline kogemus vähemalt mitme MW võimsusega katlamajade käidus; • praktiline kogemus hakkpuidul töötavate katelde käidu korraldamisel; • praktiline kogemus kütteõlil töötavate katelde käidu korraldamisel; • kogemus kaugküttevõrkude käidu ja hoolduse korraldamisel; • kogemus tehnilise personali juhtimisel; • kogemus hooldus- ja remonditööde planeerimisel ning korraldamisel.

Kandidaadil peavad olema head teadmised: • katlamajade ja soojusenergia tootmise tehnoloogiast; • hakkpuidul töötavate katelde tööpõhimõtetest ja käidust; • kütteõlikatelde tööpõhimõtetest ja käidust; • soojusvõrkude ja soojussõlmede toimimisest; • pumpadest, soojusvahetitest ja muudest soojusenergia tootmise ning jaotamise seadmetest; • automaatikast ja protsessijuhtimisest; • seadmete hooldusest ja tehnilisest diagnostikast; • seadmete ohutu kasutamise nõuetest; • surveseadmete ohutuse nõuetest; • töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse nõuetest; • tuleohutuse põhimõtetest; • tootmisega seotud keskkonnanõuetest; • tehniliste auditite ja kontrollide korraldamisest; • kaugkütte toimimise ja majandusliku korralduse põhimõtetest; • energiatarbimise ja tootmise efektiivsuse analüüsist.

Kandidaat peab tundma oma tööülesannete ulatuses eelkõige: • Seadme ohutuse seadust; • Kaugkütteseadust; • Töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse seadust; • asjakohaseid surveseadmeid, katlaid ja nende kasutamist reguleerivaid õigusakte; • keskkonna- ja tuleohutuse nõudeid; • elektripaigaldiste ohutu käidu nõudeid oma vastutusala ulatuses; • ettevõtte tegevusloa ning soojuse tootmise ja jaotamisega seotud nõudeid.
