The posting

Hos NÄRA har vi arbetat med personlig assistans sedan 1995. Vi vill att våra kunder ska uppleva kvalité i sin assistans. Kvalité är inte lika för alla - vi uppskattar olika saker, har olika drömmar och framför allt sätt att vilja leva våra liv på. Personlig assistans hos NÄRA utförs därför med respekt för individens självbestämmande Vem är kunden? Jag är en tjej på fyra år som söker en personlig assistent som kan arbeta med mig på nattetid. Jag bor tillsammans med min familj, som består av mamma, pappa och en storasyster, i ett radhus i västra Bällsta i Vallentuna nära allmänna kommunikationer. Det finns även möjlighet till gratis parkering om du kör bil.

Jag är som barn är mest, men har trakeostomi på grund av sväljsvårigheter. Jag andas själv men behöver ständig övervakning och hjälp med salivsugning. Jag har även en PEG direkt kopplad till min magsäck då jag får näring genom en sond.

Vem är du? Du behöver inte ha någon erfarenhet av att arbeta med trakeostomi eller PEG eftersom du får en utbildning på Karolinska/LIVA innan du börjar arbeta fullt ut med mig, samt så kommer du även gå bredvid min mamma hemma hos oss för att lära känna mig. KRAV:

God svenska i tal och skrift då du måste kunna kommunicera med både min förskolepersonal och familj

Att du kan uppvisa ett giltigt belastningsregister från Polisen för “Arbete med barn med funktionsnedsättning” som är max ett år gammalt då jag är under 18 år. Har du inte ett giltigt utdrag uppmanar vi dig att beställa det i samband med din ansökan. Utdraget går att beställa digitalt till KIVRA vilket innebär att du kan få det samma dag som du beställer det

Meriterande är om du har:

Kunskap om TAKK-teckenspråk eller är beredd att lära dig det

Vad är det för tjänst?

Vi söker nu en assistent som kan arbeta följande tider:

Vardagar: kl. 20.30-08.30 Helger: kl. 21.00-09.00

Arbetspassen är dubbelbemannade från kl. 07.00 på vardagar och från kl. 07.30 på helger. Under natten finns en sovande jour i hemmet (föräldrarna).

För rätt person finns goda möjligheter att på sikt utöka tjänsten. Det finns även möjlighet att arbeta extra vid behov och täcka upp vid frånvaro.
