Vill du vara med från starten och bygga upp en helt ny vårdcentral? Den 1 februari 2027 öppnar vi Eyra Vårdcentral i nya, moderna lokaler i Eyracenter i Örebro. Vi söker nu en erfaren och engagerad medicinsk vårdadministratör (MVA) som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team och bidra till att skapa en välfungerande och patientnära verksamhet. Om oss Eyra Vårdcentral är en ny privatdriven vårdcentral som arbetar på uppdrag av Region Örebro län. Vår ambition är att erbjuda högkvalitativ, tillgänglig och trygg primärvård med patienten i centrum. Vi vill skapa en arbetsplats med god sammanhållning, korta beslutsvägar och ett nära samarbete mellan olika yrkesgrupper. Som medarbetare hos oss får du möjlighet att vara delaktig i verksamhetens utveckling redan från början. Om tjänsten Som medicinsk vårdadministratör får du en central roll i vårdcentralens dagliga verksamhet. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat: Medicinsk dokumentation och journalskrivning i Cosmic. Remisshantering och övrig medicinsk administration. Patientrelaterad administration och samarbete med vårdpersonal. Bidra till att utveckla effektiva administrativa rutiner och arbetssätt.

Eftersom vårdcentralen är helt ny får du möjlighet att påverka och utveckla de administrativa rutinerna tillsammans med övriga medarbetare. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som: Är utbildad medicinsk vårdadministratör eller medicinsk sekreterare. Har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvården. Har goda kunskaper i journalsystemet Cosmic och kan arbeta självständigt i systemet. Är noggrann, ansvarstagande, flexibel och serviceinriktad. Trivs med teamarbete och vill bidra till en positiv arbetsmiljö.
