Socialförvaltningen arbetar utifrån ett helhetsperspektiv på medborgarnas behov och har därför en sammanhållen socialförvaltning som arbetar med socialtjänstens hela uppdrag, under mottot "Vi stödjer ett självständigt liv". Vi arbetar målinriktat för att skapa en organisation med hög kompetens och kvalitet. En organisation med brukarmedverkan där individens behov sätts i centrum.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Rekrytera och tillsätta timvikarier till kommunens verksamheter.
  • Ansvara för rekryteringsprocessen, inklusive annonsering, urval, intervjuer och referenstagning.
  • Matcha kandidaters kompetens mot verksamheternas behov och säkerställa rätt bemanning.
  • Planera och genomföra sommarrekryteringen tillsammans med kollegorna inom Bemanningsenheten.
  • Ha löpande kontakt med chefer, kandidater och medarbetare samt ge stöd i bemanningsrelaterade frågor.
  • Arbeta med introduktion och onboarding av nya medarbetare samt administrativ hantering kopplad till bemanning och anställningar.
  • Hantera administrativa uppgifter såsom anställningsadministration, statistik, uppföljning och dokumenthantering.
  • Bidra till utveckling och förbättring av rutiner, processer och arbetssätt inom bemanning.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har eftergymnasial utbildning inom rekrytering och bemanning. Ett krav för tjänsten är att du har genomgått utbildningen Rekryterings- och bemanningsspecialist vid yrkeshögskolan.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara strukturerad, noggrann och flexibel samt ha god förmåga att planera och prioritera ditt arbete. Du har ett professionellt bemötande, är serviceinriktad och trivs med att samarbeta med såväl kollegor som chefer och kandidater. Rollen ställer även krav på att du kan arbeta självständigt, ta initiativ och hantera många kontaktytor samtidigt.
