Socialförvaltningen arbetar utifrån ett helhetsperspektiv på medborgarnas behov och har därför en sammanhållen socialförvaltning som arbetar med socialtjänstens hela uppdrag, under mottot "Vi stödjer ett självständigt liv". ARBETSUPPGIFTER Funktionshinderomsorgen söker en enhetschef till gruppbostad. Avdelningen består av särskilt boende, ordinärt boende, daglig verksamhet och personlig assistans.

Vi erbjuder dig ett mångsidigt, stimulerande och meningsfullt arbete med många personliga möten. Ditt ansvarsområde blir att, med brukarens fokus, leda, organisera och utveckla arbetet inom din enhet. Till din hjälp finns ett team av kompetenta kollegor och medarbetare som har stor erfarenhet av att verkställa insatsen.

Du har ekonomi-, personal- och verksamhetsansvar inom ditt chefsområde och du kommer att leda mål- och uppföljningsarbete enligt gällande styrdokument och fastställda beslut.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har en lämplig högskoleutbildning, gärna socionomprogrammet eller annat likvärdigt högskoleprogram. För att lyckas i rollen som enhetschef behöver du ha förmåga till ledarskap, ta initiativ och arbeta med en tydlig struktur mot uppsatta mål. Vi förväntar oss att du tillämpar tillitsbaserat ledarskap i ledning och styrning. Andra viktiga egenskaper är tydlighet, lojalitet, ansvarstagande och personlig mognad.

Vi söker dig som är prestigelös, öppen för förändring och anser att samarbete är bästa vägen till framåt. Vi förväntar oss att du trivs med att arbeta i team och en vilja att utveckla och förbättra verksamheten. I rollen behöver du var nytänkande, se lösningar samt vara tålmodig och flexibel. Du är strategisk och har en förmåga att se samband och helheten. Du har förståelse för förändringsprocessers utmaningar.

Du ska ha god kännedom om gällande lagstiftning och har erfarenhet av och kunskap om personer med funktionsnedsättningar. Du ska ha erfarenhet från ledande befattning inom vård och omsorg.

Körkort erfordras.
