Åkerskolan är en F-6 grundskola samt anpassad grundskola 1-6 med tillhörande fritidshem. Skolan är vackert belägen nära omväxlande natur i Nässjö kommun.

Ökat lärande - likvärdighet - mötesplatser; tre viktiga kärnvärden som genomsyrar allt arbete i Nässjö kommuns skolor, den medelstora kommunen med ca 30.000 invånare på det Småländska höglandet. För att förverkliga detta har kommunfullmäktige antagit ett strategiskt och långsiktigt utvecklingsarbete för förskola och skola i Nässjö kommun.

Inom barn- och utbildningsförvaltningen arbetar vi medvetet och målinriktat för att ge varje barn och elev de verktyg som krävs för att söka kunskap i livet. Målet är att varje barn och elev ska få utvecklas efter sina förutsättningar och känna glädje och stolthet över sina framgångar.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Tjänsten innebär undervisning i årkurs 4. Du kommer att arbeta nära kollegor i ett engagerat arbetslag där samarbete, utveckling och framför allt elevens bästa, alltid står i centrum. Tillsammans planerar, genomför, utvärderar och utvecklar ni undervisningen i någon av våra klasser.

I rollen stimulerar du elevernas utveckling och lärande genom att ta tillvara på deras nyfikenhet, lust att lära och individuella förutsättningar. Du bidrar aktivt till att skapa en trygg, tillgänglig och inkluderande lärmiljö där varje elev ges möjlighet att lyckas, såväl kunskapsmässigt som socialt.

Du arbetar utifrån skolans styrdokument och möter undervisningen med ett professionellt och flexibelt förhållningssätt där elevernas behov och intressen är en självklar utgångspunkt. Tillsammans med rektor och kollegor driver du verksamheten framåt genom ett levande och systematiskt kvalitetsarbete.

Tjänsten är ett vikariat med goda möjligheter till förlängning.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi växer och söker fler engagerade lärare till vår verksamhet. Du ska vara legitimerad lärare med behörighet för undervisning i grundskolan.
