Transformar a estratégia empresarial e editorial da Next Editorial em posicionamento de marca, comunicação, campanhas e crescimento de audiência, garantindo coerência entre Next Editorial, ES Brasil, Comunhão e seus produtos, verticais, eventos e projetos especiais.

Responsabilidades:

Marca e posicionamento

Gerir posicionamento, identidade, reputação, linguagem e coerência institucional das marcas Next Editorial, ES Brasil, Comunhão e demais produtos.

Campanhas

Planejar, coordenar e avaliar campanhas institucionais, promocionais, de produto, assinatura, eventos, especiais e projetos.

Marketing de produtos

Estruturar posicionamento, proposta de valor, mensagem, lançamento e comunicação dos produtos editoriais, digitais e especiais.

CRM e jornadas

Atuar com segmentação, nutrição, automação, relacionamento e campanhas de base em conjunto com Comercial e Tecnologia.

Planejamento de marketing

Construir planejamento anual, trimestral e mensal, integrando calendário editorial, promocional, comercial, institucional e de audiência.

Redes sociais e distribuição

Gerir estratégia, calendário, formatos, linguagem, distribuição, mídia paga e performance das redes sociais.

Audiência e dados

Monitorar alcance, engajamento, crescimento, conversão, tráfego, comportamento, canais e resultados.

Equipe e fornecedores

Gerir social media, criação, design, freelancers, fornecedores e parceiros de comunicação.

Qualificafição:

  • Formação: Publicidade, Marketing, Comunicação, Jornalismo, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • DESEJAVEL: Pós graduação/ MBA na Área
  • Vasta Experiencia em marketing/comunicação, com experiência efetiva de liderança.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

  • Branding: Forte capacidade de posicionamento, arquitetura e gestão de marcas.
  • Digital: Redes sociais, mídia paga, analytics, audiência, distribuição e visão conceitual de SEO.
  • CRM : Entendimento real de CRM, automação, segmentação, jornadas e geração de leads.
  • Produtos: Capacidade de lançar, reposicionar e comunicar produtos e serviços.
  • Conteúdo: Forte cultura de conteúdo e capacidade de trabalhar com redações, jornalistas, vídeo, áudio e formatos digitais.
  • Gestão: Equipe, fornecedores, agências, freelancers, cronogramas, orçamento e prioridades.
  • Dados: Transformar métricas em decisão e plano de ação.
  • Comercial: Entender funil, patrocinadores, propostas de valor e necessidades dos clientes sem assumir função de vendedor.
  • Multimarcas: Capacidade de trabalhar simultaneamente marcas com públicos, valores e objetivos distintos.
  • IA: Uso prático de IA em pesquisa, planejamento, produção, análise, automação e ganho de produtividade.
