N2JSoft est une fintech B2B SaaS spécialisée dans la digitalisation des processus RH et financiers, qui développe deux solutions : N2F et Vertical Expense.

Tu seras amené(e) à travailler plus particulièrement sur Vertical Expense, notre solution SaaS de gestion des notes de frais qui accompagne les entreprises et les organisations publiques dans leur transformation digitale.

Notre mission : simplifier, automatiser et sécuriser la gestion des frais professionnels, tout en nous adaptant aux besoins et aux contextes parfois complexes de nos clients. Notre solution est très personnalisable, hautement interopérable, et déployée auprès de structures exigeantes, souvent multi-populations (collaborateurs nomades, agents, intérimaires, prestataires externes…).

Pourquoi ce poste ?

Pour accompagner le développement de nos projets et répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous renforçons notre équipe Consulting. Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de projet déploiement pour piloter l’implémentation de la solution Vertical Expense chez nos clients, en collaboration avec les équipes internes (technique, produit, CSM) et les interlocuteurs client (DSI, DAF, DRH, métiers).

Tu interviendras au cœur des projets, de la compréhension des besoins, au paramétrage de la solution, en passant par l’accompagnement des utilisateurs.

Tes responsabilités :

  • Piloter les projets de déploiement de A à Z, du cadrage à la mise en production.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et les conseiller sur l’optimisation de leurs processus.
  • Animer les ateliers projet et assurer la coordination des différentes parties prenantes.
  • Rédiger et faire valider les spécifications fonctionnelles et les livrables projet.
  • Organiser et réaliser le paramétrage de la solution selon les règles métier du client.
  • Accompagner les intégrations techniques (connecteurs ERP/SIRH, SSO, API…)
  • Assurer les phases de tests, recettes, formations, et transfert vers les équipes support.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos processus de delivery.
  • Être un relais actif du retour client vers les équipes produit.
  • Assurer le suivi des projets et garantir la satisfaction client.

Ce qu’on va attendre de toi :

  • Tu as une expérience réussie en tant que chef(fe) de projet fonctionnel ou consultant(e) fonctionnel(le) dans le cadre d’un projet de déploiement (Solutions Finance, RH, ERP ou SIRH... est un plus).
  • Tu maîtrises les bases de données et SQL, et tu comprends les environnements web, API, SSO et formats d’échange.
  • Tu possèdes un bon niveau fonctionnel, notamment sur les sujets de comptabilité, frais professionnels et processus métier.
  • Tu es à l’aise dans les projets multi-interlocuteurs et sais adopter une posture de conseil fonctionnel auprès des clients.
  • Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se), réactif(ve) et communiques avec aisance à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Processus de recrutement

  1. Entretien téléphonique RH.
  2. Première mise en situation : découverte d’une solution SaaS de gestion des notes de frais et échange autour de ses fonctionnalités.
  3. Seconde mise en situation (en autonomie) : cas pratique de paramétrage sur un environnement de test.
  4. Échange avec la Head of Delivery, le Project Manager et RH (1h).

Poste basé à Aix-en-Provence, rémunération : 45k à 50k€ brut annuel selon le profil.
