Portés par une équipe engagée de 230 collaborateurs, qui place l'humain au centre de ses priorités, nous poursuivons une ambition claire : devenir le leader européen de la gestion des dépenses professionnelles.

Dans ce contexte, nous créons notre premier poste de Legal Counsel / Juriste d'entreprise (H/F), rattaché(e) au CFOO (Directeur Administratif, Financier et des Opérations). Tu seras le ou la référent(e) juridique de l'entreprise dès ton arrivée, pour sécuriser nos contrats et accompagner notre développement à l'international.

Missions principales

  • Rédaction, négociation et revue des contrats commerciaux (clients, partenaires, fournisseurs), et standardisation de nos modèles (CGV, CGU),
  • Conseil juridique aux équipes internes, notamment commerciales, pour accélérer la validation des contrats,
  • Structuration de la fonction juridique : procédures, playbooks de négociation par pays, veille réglementaire,
  • Pilotage des avocats et conseils externes, en France et à l'étranger,
  • Protection de la propriété intellectuelle et des marques,
  • Appui au CFOO sur le droit des sociétés courant (assemblées générales, pouvoirs, relations avec le greffe),
  • Déploiement et évolution de nos outils d'IA juridique (Claude Cowork) : playbooks, revue de contrats,
  • Étude et mise en place d'un outil de gestion des contrats (CLM).

Le droit social, le contentieux et la conformité réglementaire ne font pas partie du périmètre.

Profil recherché

  • Environ 5 ans d'expérience en droit des contrats / droit des affaires, en entreprise ou en cabinet,
  • Maîtrise du droit commercial français et pratique du secrétariat juridique courant,
  • Pratique de la propriété intellectuelle (marques) et compréhension du cadre RGPD,
  • Anglais courant (négociation écrite et orale).

C'est un plus si

  • Tu connais l'environnement SaaS,
  • Tu as une expérience en fintech ou en réglementation financière,
  • Tu t'intéresses aux environnements contractuels européens,
  • Tu parles allemand couramment.

Poste en CDI basé à Montagnat (01) : 2 jours sur site par semaine, le reste en télétravail. Rémunération : 50 000 à 55 000 € brut annuel (temps plein).
