Als B2B Marketing Manager & Team Lead behältst du unser Marketing als Ganzes im Blick und gibst dem Team fachlich Orientierung. Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du unsere Marke und Marketingaktivitäten sowie Strukturen und Kompetenzen weiter, setzt Prioritäten und sorgst dafür, dass aus unterschiedlichen Kanälen und Maßnahmen ein stimmiges Gesamtbild entsteht.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Marketing-Teams, setzt Prioritäten und entwickelst Themen gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter.
  • Du steuerst unser Marketing ganzheitlich – online wie offline: von Branding und Positionierung über Content und Kampagnen bis hin zu digitalen Kanälen.
  • Du entwickelst B2B-Marketing- und Demand-Generation-Maßnahmen und sorgst für eine enge Verzahnung mit Sales.
  • Du bringst Themen wie Account-Based Marketing und Sales Enablement gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb voran.
  • Du nutzt Daten und KPIs, um Maßnahmen zu bewerten, zu priorisieren und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Du treibst den sinnvollen Einsatz von AI, Automatisierung und neuen Tools im Marketing voran und suchst aktiv nach Möglichkeiten, wie wir smarter und effizienter arbeiten können.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im Software- oder Technologieumfeld
  • Ein breites Marketingverständnis und gleichzeitig fundierte Erfahrung im Digital Marketing
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Marketing und Sales sowie für komplexe B2B-Customer-Journeys und mehrstufige Entscheidungsprozesse.
  • Eine hohe AI- und Technologieaffinität und vor allem Lust, Neues auszuprobieren und in konkrete Anwendungen zu übersetzen
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität – du kannst das große Ganze steuern, packst aber auch selbst mit an
