1、本科及以上，计算机 / 电子 / 自动化等，图像处理、计算摄影、计算机视觉、信号处理相关方向； 2、会 C/C++/Python，具备扎实图像、信号处理基础，能快速把想法变成可跑的算法； 3、有下面任意一类实践就加分： （1）相机画质、3A (AF/AE/AWB) 调优； （2）计算摄影、图像 AIGC、图像增强 / 超分 / 去噪； （3）懂成像光学、传感器、镜头原理； （4）视频处理、端侧部署、NPU/DSP 算子优化； 4、在高水平国际会议、期刊上发布过相关文章,或在各类竞赛赛中取得优异成绩者优先,包括但不限于IJRR、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV； 5、NIPS. ICML、ICRA、IROS, ITS、IV、3DV、RSS、IJPRR、T-RO、JFR、电子设计大赛、RoboMaster、ROBOCON； 6、✨我们最看重的特质：悟性强、爱复盘、敢想敢干，不怕踩坑，愿意啃陌生难题，拒绝纸上谈兵，乐于跨团队协作。
