1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子信息、机器人、软件设计等相关专业； 2、熟悉Linux系统与C++开发，熟练掌握C++11标准，熟悉常见数据结构与算法、各类容器、多线程编程、网络编程、内存管理等常见技术； 3、熟悉设计模式，具备良好的业务架构理解和设计能力，能灵活运用层次化设计与组件化设计来解决复杂的业务问题； 4、有良好的编写代码习惯； 5、有音视频/流媒体、CV/NLP/语音处理、异构加速计算、嵌入式开发等领域的背景优先； 6、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，具备较强的学习能力； 7、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情；执行力强、抗压能力强、自我驱动性强、做事认真踏实有恒心。
