1、2027 届全日制重点本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备良好编码习惯，扎实计算机基础、计算机网络与软件开发功底，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Java/Kotlin/Object-C/Swift/ C++/C/Dart/JavaScript/TypeScript 等）； 3、对移动端（Android/iOS）、跨平台客户端技术抱有浓厚兴趣，乐于持续跟进移动开发、跨平台技术生态与新兴技术趋势； 4、优秀沟通表达与团队协作能力，自学能力突出，责任心强，具备严谨细致的开发作风； 5、加分项：拥有 ACM 等编程竞赛经历、RoboMaster/Robocon 等机器人赛事软件开发经验；熟悉图形图像、音视频采集处理、编解码、实时推流渲染、多媒体开发相关经验；有 Flutter/KMP/ReactNative 等跨平台项目实践、Android/iOS 原生开发项目经验优先。
