1、流媒体与RTC通信： 参与超低延迟实时音视频传输网络的设计与优化。 2、自研播放器与引擎： 参与打磨稳定、高效的跨平台音视频媒体引擎。 3、编解码与渲染处理： 深入音视频数据的采集、编解码（H.264/H.265等）、渲染管线及音视频同步（A/V Sync）算法。 4、性能榨取： 面对复杂的弱网环境和多端设备，通过极致的C++代码榨取硬件性能，解决卡顿、延迟、花屏等疑难杂症。

1、学历背景： 计算机、软件工程、电子通信、数学或相关专业的应届毕业生； 2、C++基本功扎实： 这是我们最看重的一点。你需要熟练掌握C++，理解内存管理（指针、引用、内存泄漏排查）、面向对象思想、STL标准库以及多线程编程，了解现代C++（如C++11/14/17）特性更佳； 3、计算机基础过硬： 熟悉操作系统原理（进程/线程调度、内存机制）和计算机网络（TCP/UDP协议栈，理解拥塞控制等概念）； 4、数据结构与算法： 掌握常用的数据结构与算法，能够写出高效率、低复杂度的代码； 5、团队与破局能力： 具备良好的沟通意识，遇到Bug不轻易放弃，有极强的好奇心和独立解决问题的能力（Problem Solving）。
