1、掌握软件工程及DevOps核心价值，并能根据业务场景需要设计端到端DevOps流程与构建系统架构； 2、面向软件工程领域的智能化变革和转型，参与到AI Agent的设计、开发和落地，打造业界一流的AI DevOps解决方案； 3、软件基线编译构建与流水线优化方法，并能根据业务场景需要设计多环境兼容的CI/CD流水线方案； 4、掌握代码仓管理与质量保障方法，根据业务场景设计规范化代码开发流程、代码审查机制； 5、根据业务场景需要，设计代码仓库解耦分层模型，从需求调研到方案落地的完整需求管理方案，建设基线平台化目标。

1、本科及以上学历，对计算机体系、操作系统、设计模式等有基础的认知；有智能硬件/手机/新能源汽车/机器人等领域项目经验者优先； 2、熟练Ubuntu/Linux常用命令、Python/Shell脚本、代码托管平台（gitlab/gerrit）规范部署； 3、掌握产品编译构建、CI/CD流水线、制品库管理与发布、Jenkins流水线优化方法等 4、具备良好的学习能力及团队协作能力，结构化表达，了解敏捷开发原则；

加分项 1、有成熟研发效能理论体系，产品质量指标管理逻辑，掌握提升研发效能的方法； 2、具备以下一个或者多个领域的开发经验： （1）CI/CD领域，例如：构建工程(cmake/ninja/bazel)、构建系统(k8s/docker)、静态代码检查（Coverity）等 （2）Web开发领域，例如：Django/Vue/Redis/MySQL/Mongo/数据库等； （3）AI领域，对LLM应用和AI Agent开发有理解和实践经验： a） 深刻理解Agent框架（如OpenCode/ClaudeCode/LangGraph等）及其生态； b） 熟悉Agent领域的关键组件，对知识库、Skill、MCP、Prompt Engineering、上下文管理、多Agent协作等有深入理解和落地经验； c） 熟悉Agent应用部署和持续评测优化，且具备落地经验。
