该岗位为公司战略级培养岗位，你将由CTO亲自带教，深度参与一款/多款产品从概念到技术实现的全链路，从管理视角出发，在实战演练中打磨你的项目管理能力。同时，将结合你的技术背景，针对技术短板，在机械/结构/硬件/嵌入式开发/音视频技术/算法开发中的1-2个模块进行轮岗学习，在多模块轮岗学习中成长为"六边形战士"。

1、对研发项目从立项到量产导入的全程管控，参与智能硬件产品的设计、开发、测试、量产全生命周期，为项目最终交付负责； 2、制定产品开发计划，管理研发进度，统筹研发与项目资源推动项目快速落地； 3、管理项目关键节点的进度、风险、问题，主动发现产品和技术流程中的问题，并提出解决方案； 4、与技术团队、产品经理、供应链等跨部门同事高效协作，协调各部门资源，推进项目瓶颈问题快速解决与决策。

1、重点本科及以上，自动化、计算机科学、电气与电子工程、通信工程、机械工程、人工智能等相关专业，交叉学科背景优先； 2、27届应届毕业生优先，背景优秀者，可放宽至26届/25届； 3、至少掌握2个及以上的技术方向，包括但不限于嵌入式开发、硬件设计、算法开发、软件开发、结构设计、音视频技术开发等； 4、具备较强技术理解能力，快速学习能力，逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，思维开放，自驱力强； 5、在电子设计大赛、RoboMaster/Robocon/Robocup等机器人大赛中担任队长、项目管理岗位的同学优先考虑。
