1.参与Sensor评估平台的建设，包括底层平台硬件需求分析、自动化测试工具/算法开发、评测SOP的构建等； 2.针对可见光Sensor/模组进行噪声、线性度、解析、动态范围等性能指标的评估，输出评估报告，指导项目进行选型； 3.针对项目中遇到的影像画质问题，从Sensor角度进行分析与定位； 4.与供应商进行打合，针对各类Sensor评估其性能与收益，指导项目进行器件导入。

1、本科及以上学历，光电信息、电子信息、信息传感与仪器、微电子等相关专业; 2、熟悉C语言、python等常见编程语言； 3、扎实的数电、模电理论基础，熟悉运算放大器、ADC/DAC等电路特性，了解12C、MIPI等常见数字接口协议； 4、能够熟练阅读英文技术文档和芯片手册； 5、优秀的责任心与团队协作能力，具备良好的上进心与学习能力。

加分项 1、了解CIS传感器基础知识，包括QE、Sensor硬件结构、物理接口、曝光时序、HDR原理等； 2、了解常见传感器关键性能指标的定义、评估测试方法，以及其对算法效果的影响； 3、了解从物理场景到镜头，再到传感器的光学成像的过程，以及其中各环节对最终成像效果的影响。
