1. 协助图像工程师开展公司产品（如摄像机、手机等）的图像IQ调校工作，配合完成调校过程中的相关辅助任务。 2. 从3A（自动对焦AF、自动曝光AE、自动白平衡AWB）与ISP（图像信号处理器）的技术角度，精准评判产品视频在不同场景下出现的质量问题（如色彩偏差、画面模糊、曝光异常等），并分析问题产生的简单原理原因。 3. 负责客观图卡（如24色卡、分辨率卡、灰阶卡等）的规范拍摄，确保拍摄环境、设备参数符合测试标准；运用专业工具读取图像数据，对测试结果进行记录与整理。 4. 深入了解图像测试用例的设计逻辑，熟练掌握测试原理、测试方法及完整测试流程，对产品图像IQ调校结果进行全面测试与评估，形成清晰的测试报告。 5. 跟踪测试过程中发现的问题，配合研发团队推进问题解决，参与问题验证与回归测试工作。

1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，专业不限，电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术、光学、摄影相关专业优先。 2. 经验要求：有摄像机、手机等产品图像测试经验者优先；无相关经验但具备扎实的图像测试理论基础，愿意学习新技术者也可考虑。 3. 专业知识：熟悉色彩、光学、摄影基本知识，了解3A、ISP基础原理，能够理解图像质量相关技术指标。 4. 能力要求： - 具备良好的动手能力，能够规范操作测试设备完成客观图卡拍摄与数据读取工作； - 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备较强的问题识别与分析能力； - 拥有良好的沟通表达能力与团队合作精神，能高效配合团队完成工作任务； - 有一定的英文读写能力，可阅读相关技术文档或测试标准。 5. 个人素养：思维活跃，富有耐心，能承受一定的工作压力，具备持续学习的意愿与能力
