1、多站点广告投放与学习：在导师指导下，协助负责各站点核心SKU的SP/SB/SD广告日常投放、数据监控与基础优化，逐步理解不同站点的流量特征与竞争格局，对分管站点的ACoS、CTR、CVR及广告销售额目标负责； 2、关键词调研与流量优化：执行关键词调研，定期分析搜索词报告，进行否定关键词筛选与匹配方式优化，学习并实践关键词分层管理思路； 3、竞价与广告位管理：学习并运用不同竞价模式，在不同产品阶段的应用，参与调整搜索顶部/商品页面/其余搜索位置的出价系数，协助完成A/B测试； 4、数据监控与报表输出：每日跟踪曝光、点击、转化、花费等核心指标，使用Excel数据透视表/XLOOKUP/SUMIFS制作日报和周报，提炼关键趋势并与运营专员协同复盘；确保广告表现与Listing质量、库存深度匹配； 5、合规学习与本地化适配：了解不同国家站点的广告合规要求（如VAT、EPR、能效标签对广告素材的影响），关注不同站点消费者的文化偏好差异； 6、经验总结与团队协同：记录日常投放观察，总结各站点投放差异，定期复盘广告投放效果，撰写投放总结报告，沉淀可复用的方法论和操作SOP，在组内分享学习心得。

1、2027届全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限，统计学等数据相关专业加分； 2、熟练使用Excel数据透视表、XLOOKUP/SUMIFS等数据处理功能，对数据敏感，具备基本逻辑分析能力； 3、英语CET-4及以上，能阅读英文广告后台及报告（CET-4及以上加分），小语种能力加分； 4、自驱力强，能主动学习广告投放方法论及不同站点政策差异，关注跨境电商行业动态及竞品广告策略，保持对市场变化的敏感度； 5、耐心细致，执行力强，目标导向，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
