寻影杭州算法中心启动“Xstar百万年薪顶尖人才计划“，面向视觉算法领域顶尖人才，提供百万级年薪与核心技术决策权。 现金：极具竞争性薪酬 激励：高价值期权回报+每年晋升涨薪机会 资源：充足的训练服务器支持 + 独立技术决策权 汇报：直接向算法中心负责人汇报，定义技术路线，非大厂职级体系 我们寻找的是：在检测、分割、姿态估计等领域有深厚积累，且能让算法烙印在千万级产品中的技术领军人。 岗位职责 1. 核心视觉任务攻坚 主导目标检测、实例/语义/全景分割、姿态估计、关键点检测等方向的技术突破 攻克复杂场景下的难点：小目标、密集遮挡、细粒度分类、跨域泛化、实时性与精度平衡 探索Transformer、Mamba等新架构在上述任务中的应用，持续刷新SOTA 2. 算法工程化与产品落地 将前沿算法从Paper推向千万日活产品，解决端侧低延时、低功耗的部署难题 主导模型轻量化：量化、剪枝、蒸馏、NAS，实现精度与效率的极致平衡 建立可量化的评测体系与Benchmark，确保核心指标行业领先 3. 技术规划与团队引领 定义寻影在检测/分割/姿态方向的中长期技术路线 带领算法攻关小组，塑造“第一性原理思考+极致工程洁癖”的技术文化

任职要求 硬性条件（至少满足其一）： 学术深度：CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS等顶会一作论文≥5篇，方向与检测、分割、姿态估计相关 竞赛实绩：COCO、LVIS、OCHuman等国际顶级竞赛冠军/亚军经历 产业成果：主导过千万级DAU产品中检测/分割/姿态估计算法的全链路落地 核心能力： 对Detection/Segmentation/Pose Estimation主流范式的演进脉络有深刻理解，从R-CNN系、YOLO系到DETR系均能源码级把握 扎实的数学与优化功底，能从模型设计、损失函数、采样策略等底层环节做出创新 精通CUDA/TensorRT/ONNX等至少一种推理优化手段 C++/Python工业级代码能力，有大规模数据闭环与模型迭代经验 软性特质： 极致的Owner意识，对Benchmark指标和用户体验有偏执要求 技术判断力清晰，知道什么值得做，不盲目追热点 长期主义，寻求以年为单位的深度投入
