1. 算法研发与迭代：负责计算机视觉相关算法的研究、设计与开发，涵盖目标检测、图像分类、语义分割、关键点检测、图像增强、视频跟踪等核心技术，结合业务需求搭建并迭代优化深度学习算法模型。 2. 模型训练与后调优：基于已有标准化数据集开展模型训练、超参调优、精度验证与迭代升级，聚焦后训练全流程优化，持续提升模型准确率、实时性、泛化能力、鲁棒性等核心指标，针对性解决模型过拟合、精度瓶颈、场景适配差等算法问题。 3. 业务场景落地：对接各类智能视觉业务场景，负责自研算法的产品化落地，配合研发团队完成算法移植、适配与性能优化，保障算法在云端、终端等多场景下稳定、高效运行，解决落地过程中的各类技术痛点。 4. 技术调研与创新：持续跟进计算机视觉、深度学习领域前沿技术、论文及行业方案，结合业务需求开展技术预研与算法创新，沉淀可复用的算法模块与标准化技术方案，推动团队技术迭代升级。 5. 文档沉淀与技术协作：梳理沉淀算法研发、迭代、落地全流程技术文档与接口文档，总结项目经验；联动产品、研发、测试团队完成需求对接、功能调试与问题复盘，保障项目高效落地推进。

二、任职要求 1. 学历专业：硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、应用数学等相关专业。 2. 专业基础：具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习、计算机视觉理论基础，熟悉CNN、Transformer等主流网络结构，掌握目标检测、图像分割、图像分类等经典算法核心原理。 3. 技术能力：熟练掌握Python开发，精通PyTorch、TensorFlow任意一种主流深度学习框架；熟悉OpenCV等视觉工具库，精通模型训练、超参调优、性能评估、推理部署等后训练核心流程，具备独立完成模型迭代优化的能力。 4. 项目经验：有计算机视觉相关项目、科研课题、算法竞赛经历优先，具备目标检测、图像分割、视频分析、图像生成等实战经验者优先；有顶会论文、开源项目贡献、权威竞赛获奖经历者加分。 5. 工程素养：了解模型量化、剪枝、推理加速等轻量化优化方案，具备算法落地、性能优化经验优先；熟悉Linux基础操作，具备良好的代码调试能力与工程落地思维。 6. 综合素质：逻辑清晰，具备优秀的自主学习能力和问题拆解、解决能力，能够快速跟进前沿技术；责任心强，擅长团队协作与沟通，抗压能力良好，对计算机视觉算法研发有浓厚兴趣和长期深耕意愿。
