职位描述： 1、组件化架构设计与落地：参与相机系统、图传通信等核心领域软件组件的全生命周期设计，搭建分层解耦的组件层级体系，规范模块接口定义，保障核心技术高效复用； 2、统一平台架构构建：基于多产品形态的共性技术需求，参与设计统一的平台化软件架构，规范通用模块与定制模块的接口边界，保障基线版本演进过程中的API/ABI兼容性； 3、系统性能优化：持续优化系统启动速度、运行稳定性、性能与功耗表现，运用计算图优化、内存复用、并行加速等手段开展底层性能调优； 4、整机软件工程与跨团队协作：参与整机软件工程建设与架构演进，与产品、算法、硬件、应用开发团队紧密协作，推动架构方案落地并适配产品演进需求。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、自动化、车辆工程、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟悉C/C++编程语言，具备良好的代码编写习惯，掌握数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络基础知识； 3、了解深度学习基础网络结构，对AI编译器、推理框架、模型量化、算子开发任一方向有课程学习或实践经验； 4、学习能力强，具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队合作精神，愿意深耕端侧AI部署与嵌入式系统方向。

加分项 1、熟悉TensorRT/ONNX Runtime/MNN/NCNN等主流深度学习推理框架，有DSP/NPU/GPU任一平台网络部署或高性能算子优化经验； 2、掌握计算图优化、内存复用、并行加速等底层性能优化手段； 3、有机载机器人、便携影像设备AI部署项目经历，或无人机/机器人开发、RoboMaster/ROBOCON、电子设计竞赛经验。
