1、基于开源UI/接口自动化引擎，搭建自动化框架，完成设备云真机挂载、设备池管理、远程设备调度； 2、使用Pytest、Unitest框架集成模板化测试用例、开发可复用自动化脚本，实现相机功能、性能/稳定性、丢帧、图像画面自动化测试，结果自动校验； 3、负责平台前/后端接口迭代、异步测试任务调度、测试用例、测试报告的数据管理； 4、基于开源可视化看板组件，完成测试大盘开发与配置，展示设备状态、用例通过率、任务进度、缺陷等各项测试指标； 5、优化平台稳定性，日志/缺陷系统管理；输出开发文档、平台运维文档。

1、本科及以上相关专业、掌握Python基础语法，熟悉Linux常用命令、Shell脚本及Git基础操作； 2、具备数据结构、网络通信、数据库等学科基础，熟练掌握k8s/Docker容器部署; 3、熟悉嵌入式项目开发流程、CI/CD工作流，能使用AI Agent工具进行实战； 4、熟练使用JavaScript、CSS/CSS3，HTML5编程开发，有Web前端开发经验。

加分项 1、有Python脚本、自动化脚本、硬件调试类参赛项目/课程设计； 2、了解OpenCV图像处理、RTSP视频流、摄像头相关开发； 3、接触过ECharts可视化看板、Web接口开发、构建系统（cmake/ninja/bazel/ccache）； 4、了解嵌入式Linux、adb使用、网络设备调试。
