1.参与AI模型量化与部署测试工作，使用C++/Python开发测试脚本，协助完成模型精度验证、推理性能分析及软硬件兼容性测试，学习定位量化误差与性能瓶颈问题。 2.协助AI模型落地部署流程，配合团队进行模型量化校准、算子适配及推理引擎调试，参与服务器/端侧设备的部署验证与迭代优化。 3.根据测试需求，参与开发和维护数据标注工具与自动化脚本，优化数据处理流程，保障测试数据集质量，支撑量化与部署验证工作。 4.学习并掌握测试硬件设备的调试与维护方法，协助搭建稳定的测试部署环境，保障项目测试工作有序推进。 5.参与梳理量化、部署、测试相关技术规范，协助沉淀测试用例、适配方案及技术文档，推动团队知识库建设与工作流程标准化。

1.2027届本科及以上学历毕业生，计算机、人工智能、自动化、软件工程、电子科学等相关专业；非相关专业需具备扎实的编程基础与AI方向强烈兴趣。 2.编程基础扎实，熟悉C++或Python至少一门语言，了解常用数据结构与算法，有独立开发脚本或小工具的经验（课程设计/竞赛/实习项目均可）。 3.对AI模型部署有基本认知，了解模型量化、推理引擎（如TensorRT/ONNX Runtime等）基本概念者优先；有相关课程项目、实验室课题或实习经验者优先。 4.具备基础的计算机硬件知识，了解服务器或嵌入式设备基本原理，对软硬件协同调试有兴趣者加分。 5.逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的问题分析与排查能力，对量化误差、性能优化等技术问题有探究热情。 6.沟通协作顺畅，文档表达清晰，乐于分享与总结，能够积极配合团队完成技术攻关与项目落地。

加分项：有ACM/Kaggle/数学建模等竞赛获奖经历；有AI算法测试、模型量化、视觉算法落地等相关实习或开源项目贡献。
