1、轨迹规划开发：协助完成三轴云台平滑轨迹生成、创意运镜轨迹插值、姿态规划算法开发调试；结合视觉跟踪输出目标，生成位置 / 速度指令，保障运镜丝滑、无冲击，满足 AI 跟拍、自动构图的影像拍摄需求； 2、机器人运动规划：参与移动平台/载具局部 / 全局路径规划、速度轨迹生成、步态规划；处理地形扰动、越障、动态避障，输出平滑的运动指令，抑制行走带来的画面水波纹、机身振动； 3、感知‑规划‑驱动闭环联调：对接视觉感知团队、电机驱动团队，打通视觉目标检测‑规划‑FOC 电机驱动完整链路；协助调试状态机逻辑，处理目标丢失、遮挡、扰动等异常场景，提升整机鲁棒性； 4、仿真验证与算法预研：基于 Matlab/Simulink 或机器人仿真环境搭建规划仿真模型，完成算法仿真验证；协助做轨迹优化、约束优化相关预研，降低样机迭代成本，输出仿真测试报告； 5、整机问题定位与优化：配合结构、硬件、电机驱动团队真机联调；定位轨迹抖动、超调、跟踪滞后、冲击异响等问题，迭代规划算法与参数；整理测试数据、标定文档、算法说明； 6、接口与工具开发：协助封装规划层标准化接口，对接下层电机驱动；参与调试、可视化、标定辅助工具开发，支撑产品迭代；

1、2027届硕士及以上学历，自动化、控制科学与工程、机器人工程、机电、计算机、应用数学等相关专业； 2、扎实机器人学、自动控制理论基础；熟悉运动学、轨迹规划、插值算法；了解 MPC、优化、状态机基础理论；了解 A*/DWA/RRT 等规划算法原理； 3、编程基础：熟练 C++/Python；熟悉常用数据结构与算法；有 ROS/ROS2 仿真实践、课程设计、毕设、机器人竞赛项目优先； 4、了解机器人感知‑规划‑控制链路，对多关节云台、机器人有项目、仿真或调试经历； 5、具备良好数学功底，愿意做仿真 + 真机调试；逻辑清晰，善于分析问题，具备团队协作，愿意和电机、硬件跨团队协同。

加分项： 1、机器人相关经历：步态规划、全身控制、地形扰动处理、Sim2Real 仿真迁移； 2、熟悉 IMU 状态估计、传感器融合，了解影像防抖、振动抑制、多关节耦合补偿；熟悉 Matlab/Simulink、Pinocchio、Isaac/Gazebo 等仿真工具；有轨迹优化、QP 求解器使用经验； 3、参加过RoboCon、RoboMaster机器人比赛、电赛、智能车等科创赛事，有实机调参排坑经验。
