1、参与无线通信产品（SDR / Wi-Fi / BT / 4G/5G / UWB 等方向之一）的嵌入式软件开发，包括底层驱动、协议栈移植与裁剪、上层应用逻辑实现； 2、在 Linux 或 RTOS 平台上完成 BSP 适配、外设驱动（SPI / I2C / UART / USB / SDIO 等）开发与调优； 3、负责通信模组的固件开发、烧录、Bring-up 及与主控/SoC 的联调； 4、配合硬件、射频、算法团队完成板级调试、功耗优化、性能压测与稳定性验证； 5、参与外场及实验室测试，使用示波器 / 逻辑分析仪 / 抓包工具定位空口与系统异常，输出问题分析报告； 6、跟踪芯片原厂 SDK 与协议标准演进，参与新平台预研、版本迭代与量产支持。

1、通信工程、电子工程、计算机、自动化、嵌入式等相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士优先； 2、熟练掌握 C 或 C++语言，理解指针、内存布局、位操作、链接过程，具备良好的编程习惯和调试能力； 3、熟悉 Linux 或 RTOS（FreeRTOS / RT-Thread / Zephyr 等）至少一种，了解任务调度、中断处理、同步机制、内存管理、IPC 等； 4、熟悉 ARM Cortex-M / Cortex-A 或 RISC-V 体系结构之一，了解寄存器、异常向量、MMU/MPU、Cache、启动流程等基本原理； 5、熟悉常见外设接口协议（SPI / I2C / UART / GPIO / DMA 等），能独立看懂时序图与 Datasheet； 6、具备一定的通信原理基础，理解调制解调、信道编码、帧结构、多址接入等基本概念； 7、熟悉 Git、Make/CMake、GCC 工具链、GDB / JTAG 调试，能够使用 Shell 脚本完成日常工作； 8、良好的英文文档阅读能力，能独立查阅芯片手册、协议规范与开源代码； 9、较强的学习能力、问题分析能力与抗压能力，对底层软件和无线通信方向有持续的兴趣。

加分项 1、有完整的嵌入式项目经历：自制开发板、RTOS 移植、Bootloader 编写、Linux 内核/驱动模块开发等； 2、在 STM32 / ESP32 / NXP / TI / Nordic / 君正 / 全志 / 瑞芯微 / 海思 等任一平台上有实际开发经验； 3、熟悉 Linux 驱动框架（platform / I2C / SPI / net / v4l2 等任一子系统），有 Kernel 调试经验； 4、熟悉 Wi-Fi（802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax）、Bluetooth（BR/EDR/BLE）、Zigbee/Thread、UWB 等协议任一，了解其 MAC / PHY 层机制； 5、了解 4G/5G 协议栈（PHY / MAC / RLC / PDCP / RRC / NAS）任一层的工作原理； 6、有 SDR 开发经验，熟悉 GNU Radio / USRP，或在 FPGA / DSP 上实现过基带模块； 7、有协议分析与硬件调试工具使用经验：Wireshark / 频谱仪 / 矢量信号分析仪 / 逻辑分析仪； 8、熟悉Android/IOS/Windows/HarmonyOS 手机APP上WIFI/蓝牙/USB相关应用开发经验。
