1、负责硬件产品的需求分析、场景定义及产品需求文档编写，重点关注软硬件协同功能及交互体验； 2、协调嵌入式、算法、结构、设计、测试等资源，推动产品落地，确保系统级产品目标达成； 3、结合产品市场反馈及用户体验，提出产品迭代优化方案，提升整体使用体验； 4、快速响应并推进领导安排的其他相关工作。

1、2027届全日制重点本科及以上学历，理工科专业（自动化、计算机、控制工程、电子信息、机械电子、机械人工程等）优先，对硬件技术发展及边界有敏锐的感知力； 2、有硬件相关的项目/实习/竞赛经历，接触过嵌入式系统或算法应用，会用技术语言与研发沟通； 3、具备良好的沟通协作能力及优秀的文案能力，能高效完成跨团队（含算法、嵌入式）的需求对齐与文档输出； 4、具备系统性逻辑思维、分析判断与灵活应变能力，对技术可实现性有基本判断力，自我驱动力强。

加分项： 1、对智能硬件领域的技术发展有持续关注，了解相关方向（如运动控制、视觉感知、无线传输、机器学习等）的基本原理，具备较强的技术敏感度； 2、有一定的硬件产品经验，熟悉产品开发全流程； 3、英语能力较强（能阅读英文技术文档或进行海外用户/开发者调研）。
