1、参与制定软件项目计划，负责软件项目的范围管理、进度跟踪和质量把控； 2、跟踪软件研发过程中的关键节点，协助组织需求评审、设计评审、代码审查等重要会议； 3、与软件开发团队、测试团队、产品团队等紧密协作，推动项目按计划推进，及时解决项目中的问题； 4、协助管理软件项目的需求变更，确保变更过程规范可控，不影响项目整体目标； 5、参与项目文档的整理和维护，包括项目计划、会议纪要、测试报告等。

1 、2027届本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟悉软件开发流程，如瀑布模型、敏捷开发等，有相关课程实践经验； 3、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够有效协调不同团队之间的工作； 4、有良好的问题解决能力，面对项目中的突发问题能迅速分析并提出解决方案； 5、工作认真负责，有较强的团队合作意识，对软件项目管理有浓厚兴趣。
