VLA模型算法研发与迭代：负责视觉语言动作多模态大模型的算法设计、微调迭代与能力优化，涵盖图像/视频理解、文本指令对齐、空间感知、动作序列生成、端到端VLA决策等核心技术，结合业务需求定制化优化模型能力。 2. 模型后训练对齐与调优：依托标准化数据集，主导VLA模型后训练全流程优化，包括SFT监督微调、RLHF/RLA强化学习对齐、超参调优、损失函数优化、模型能力消融实验等，解决模型指令理解偏差、动作输出不合理、场景泛化弱等核心问题。 3. 模型性能指标优化：针对性优化VLA模型的理解准确率、指令跟随度、动作生成流畅性、推理速度、鲁棒性等核心指标，持续迭代模型效果，适配复杂真实场景的自主决策与交互需求。 4. 前沿技术预研与落地：跟进多模态大模型、VLA智能体、机器人视觉决策、文生动作等前沿技术与顶会论文，开展技术预研和方案创新，沉淀可复用的微调策略、对齐方案与VLA算法模块。 5.算法工程落地与协作：配合工程、产品团队完成VLA模型的适配部署、推理加速与业务落地，解决模型推理耗时高、场景适配差、输出不稳定等落地问题；梳理沉淀技术文档、实验报告与迭代方案，配合团队完成项目推进与问题复盘。

1. 学历专业：硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、深度学习、自动化、电子信息、数学等相关专业。 2. 专业基础：扎实掌握深度学习、多模态学习、大模型对齐核心理论，熟悉视觉、语言、动作多模态融合机制，熟练掌握Transformer、ViT、LLaMA、CLIP等主流大模型网络结构与原理。 3. 核心技术能力：熟练使用Python，精通PyTorch/TensorFlow框架；熟练掌握大模型微调、SFT、RLHF、LoRA/QLoRA轻量化微调等后训练技术，熟悉VLA、多模态理解、文生动作、智能体决策相关算法方案。 4. 项目实战经验：具备多模态大模型、VLA视觉语言对齐、大模型微调对齐、智能体决策、机器人视觉控制等相关项目或科研经历优先；有相关竞赛获奖、顶会论文、开源项目实践经验者加分。 5. 工程与优化能力：熟悉大模型推理优化、量化、蒸馏等轻量化方案，具备多模态模型落地调优经验优先；熟悉Linux开发环境，具备独立实验、问题分析与模型迭代能力。 6. 综合素质：逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的算法拆解、实验设计与问题复盘能力，能够快速跟进多模态大模型前沿技术；责任心强，善于团队协作，对VLA通用智能体技术有浓厚的深耕意愿。
