VLA模型核心技术攻坚 主导视觉-语言-动作（VLA）大模型的架构设计与训练，攻克从视觉感知、语言理解到动作生成的全链路对齐 深耕但不限于：动作tokenization、跨模态对齐、模仿学习与强化学习的融合、多模态世界模型等关键方向 攻克VLA的核心难题：长程任务规划、动作泛化性、实时闭环控制、稀疏奖励下的策略学习 2. 具身智能前沿研究 探索从“感知-规划-控制”分层范式走向端到端VLA范式的技术路径 保持在国际顶会（CoRL/ICRA/RSS/NeurIPS/CVPR等）的高质量产出，代表寻影在具身智能社区持续发声 与国内外顶尖机器人实验室建立合作，支持联合研究、访问学者等灵活模式 3. 真机验证与产品落地 将VLA算法在真实机器人平台上进行验证，解决Sim-to-Real的落差问题 主导模型轻量化与实时推理优化，满足机器人端侧部署的低延时要求 建立动作生成的评测体系与Benchmark，确保核心指标行业领先 4. 技术规划与团队引领 定义寻影在VLA与具身智能方向的中长期技术路线 带领VLA攻关小组，塑造“第一性原理思考+真机实证”的技术文化

任职要求 学术背景： 全球顶尖学府（QS前100/国内C9/领域强校）计算机、人工智能、机器人、数学等相关专业博士（在读可提前锁定） 博士后或青年教职研究者优先，我们支持“学界-产业”双线发展路径 学术成果（至少满足其一）： CoRL/ICRA/RSS/IROS/NeurIPS/CVPR/ICLR等顶会一作论文≥3篇，方向与VLA、机器人学习、具身智能相关 在机器人操作、移动抓取、具身导航等领域有标杆性工作或国际竞赛领先排名 导师为机器人学习/具身智能领域国际公认的领军学者，有强推荐信支持 核心能力： 对VLA/机器人学习的技术版图有全局视野，从RT系列、ACT、Diffusion Policy到π0、OpenVLA等主流工作有源码级理解 扎实的大模型训练底座能力：分布式训练、多模态数据工程、Alignment技术 精通PyTorch/DeepSpeed等框架，有大规模VLA模型预训练经验者优先 有真机调试经验者加分：熟悉ROS/Isaac Sim/Mujoco等仿真或机器人中间件 在动作tokenization、模仿学习、世界模型、Sim-to-Real等至少两个子方向有深入积累
