VLM模型算法研发迭代：负责视觉语言多模态大模型的核心算法设计、优化与迭代，涵盖图文特征对齐、跨模态检索、图像语义理解、多模态内容生成、视频图文联动理解等核心能力搭建与优化。 2. 模型后训练调优与对齐：基于标准化数据集开展VLM模型后训练全流程优化，完成模型监督微调、指令对齐、超参调优、消融实验等工作，解决图文匹配偏差、复杂场景理解能力弱、泛化性不足等核心问题。 3. 核心指标专项优化：针对性优化VLM模型的图文匹配准确率、语义理解精度、多模态生成质量、推理稳定性等核心指标，持续打磨模型效果，适配通用及复杂场景的多模态交互需求。 4. 前沿技术预研创新：持续跟进国内外VLM多模态大模型前沿技术、顶会论文及行业方案，开展技术预研与算法创新，探索轻量化、高精度、强泛化的多模态模型优化方案，沉淀可复用的算法模块与技术体系。 5. 算法落地与技术沉淀：配合工程、产品团队完成VLM模型的适配部署、推理优化与业务落地，解决模型落地过程中的性能、适配、稳定性问题；负责研发过程中实验报告、技术文档的梳理沉淀，配合团队完成项目迭代与复盘优化。

1. 学历专业：硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、应用数学等相关专业。 2. 专业基础：具备扎实的深度学习、机器学习、多模态学习理论基础，精通视觉、语言跨模态融合核心机制，熟练掌握Transformer、ViT、CLIP、BLIP、LLaVA等主流VLM模型架构与核心原理。 3. 核心技术能力：熟练使用Python开发，精通PyTorch、TensorFlow主流深度学习框架；熟练掌握VLM模型微调、SFT、LoRA/QLoRA轻量化训练、跨模态对齐等后训练核心技术，熟悉多模态检索、图文生成、视觉问答等主流技术方案。 4. 项目科研经验：具备VLM视觉语言多模态模型研发、微调优化、跨模态对齐相关项目或科研课题经验优先；拥有多模态竞赛获奖、顶会期刊论文、开源多模态项目贡献经验者优先。 5. 工程实操能力：熟悉大模型训练、评估、推理全流程，了解模型量化、蒸馏、推理加速等轻量化优化方案；熟练掌握Linux开发环境，具备独立设计实验、定位问题、迭代优化模型的能力。 6. 综合素质：逻辑思维严谨，具备优秀的实验设计、数据分析与问题解决能力，能够快速跟进多模态前沿技术；责任心强，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，长期深耕多模态大模型领域。
