寻影杭州算法中心启动“Xstar百万年薪顶尖人才计划“，面向多模态大模型领域顶尖人才，提供百万级年薪与核心技术决策权。 现金：极具竞争性薪酬 激励：高价值期权回报+每年晋升涨薪机会 资源：充足的训练服务器支持 + 独立技术决策权 汇报：直接向算法中心负责人汇报，定义技术路线，非大厂职级体系 我们寻找的是：在多模态大模型领域展露锋芒，不甘心只在Paper里刷新SOTA，更想让研究成果烙印在千万级产品中的顶尖青年学者。 岗位职责 1. 前沿研究与学术探索 主导视觉-语言大模型（VLM）的前沿研究，保持在国际顶会的高质量产出 深入探索但不限于：多模态对齐与融合、视觉指令微调、幻觉消除、长视频理解、多模态Agent等方向 与国内外顶尖高校实验室建立合作，代表寻影在学术社区持续发声 2. 架构创新与端侧部署 探索下一代多模态架构：原生多模态、早期融合、MoE等前沿方向 主导VLM的轻量化技术研究：量化、蒸馏、投机解码，推动大模型从云端走向端侧 建立多维度评测体系，以严谨的学术标准定义模型能力的边界 3. 技术愿景与落地验证 将研究成果在寻影核心产品中进行概念验证，形成“研究-落地-反馈”的正向循环 参与定义寻影在多模态大模型方向的中长期技术路线

任职要求 学术背景： 全球顶尖学府（QS前100/国内C9/领域强校）计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业博士（在读可提前锁定） 博士后或青年教职研究者优先，我们支持“学界-产业”双线发展路径 学术成果（至少满足其一）： CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP等顶会一作论文≥3篇，方向与多模态、视觉语言模型相关 多模态领域标杆性工作（如MMBench、MMMU等榜单领先排名），或主导过有影响力的开源项目 导师为多模态/NLP/CV领域国际公认的领军学者，有强推荐信支持 核心能力： 对VLM技术演进有全局视野，从CLIP、BLIP系列到LLaVA、Qwen-VL等主流架构有源码级理解 扎实的大模型训练底座能力：分布式训练、数据工程、Alignment技术 在多模态对齐、指令微调、推理增强、Agent规划等至少一个子方向有深入积累 熟练使用PyTorch/DeepSpeed等框架，有大规模模型训练经验者优先
