The posting

Buscamos um(a) Analista Fiscal e Tributário(a) com sólida base técnica e perfil consultivo para integrar nossa operação de contabilidade e perícia. A posição é central em projetos de auditoria, revisão fiscal, recuperação de créditos e planejamento tributário, com atuação direta em clientes e em conjunto com auditores, advogados e a equipe contábil.

Funções:

  • Auditoria e revisão fiscal: operar o sistema de auditoria fiscal, importando, conferindo e cruzando documentos e arquivos eletrônicos (XMLs, SPED) dos clientes.
  • Apuração e obrigações: apurar e conferir impostos diretos e indiretos (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL), com domínio das empresas do Lucro Real e das obrigações acessórias à Receita Federal.
  • Recuperação e planejamento: identificar oportunidades de recuperação de créditos e teses tributárias, dando suporte técnico à elaboração de laudos e pareceres.
  • Risco e relatórios: elaborar notas explicativas e relatórios de classificação de risco fiscal (inclusive Capag / capacidade de pagamento).
  • Suporte multidisciplinar: apoiar auditores externos, advogados e a equipe contábil no levantamento de informações.
  • Gestão de entregas: acompanhar cronogramas, prazos e entregas de cada projeto.
  • Atualização: acompanhar a legislação tributária (incluindo a Reforma Tributária) e seus impactos.

Requisitos Essenciais:

  • Graduação (ou cursando os últimos períodos) em Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou Economia;
  • Experiência prévia em rotina fiscal, empresa de auditoria e/ou consultoria tributária;
  • Experiência em apuração de impostos e obrigações acessórias no Lucro Real;
  • Noções de contabilidade avançada — em especial contabilização de participações societárias;
  • Familiaridade com softwares de auditoria/escrituração e captação de XMLs junto a clientes;
  • Conhecimento básico de gestão de projetos.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência com recuperação de créditos tributários, revisão fiscal e/ou perícia;
  • Experiência com transação tributária / Capag junto à PGFN;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de automação fiscal (ex.: Domínio, GTAX);
  • Perfil consultivo e boa comunicação com clientes.
