Buscamos um(a) Auxiliar Fiscal em início de carreira, com vontade de aprender e perfil colaborativo, para atuar no dia a dia da nossa operação fiscal. É a porta de entrada da área: um trabalho de base, feito com supervisão, essencial para a organização e a qualidade das informações que sustentam auditoria, revisão fiscal e planejamento tributário.

Principais responsabilidades (funções):

  • Documentos fiscais: realizar a importação, conferência e organização de documentos fiscais (XMLs, notas de entrada e saída) junto aos clientes.
  • Lançamentos: efetuar lançamentos de notas fiscais e rotinas básicas de apuração, sempre com conferência da equipe antes do envio.
  • Suporte à equipe: apoiar auditores, advogados, analistas e a equipe contábil na coleta e no levantamento de informações dos clientes.
  • Relatórios: colaborar na elaboração de relatórios de riscos e notas explicativas.
  • Prazos: auxiliar na gestão das demandas de cada projeto, garantindo entregas precisas e dentro do prazo.

Requisitos essenciais:

  • Cursando ou graduado(a) em Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Economia ou Administração;
  • Noções de rotina fiscal e de contabilidade (mesmo que iniciais);
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e comprometimento com prazos;
  • Perfil colaborativo e disposição para aprender.

Diferenciais (desejáveis):

  • Experiência prévia (estágio ou emprego) em departamento fiscal ou escritório de contabilidade;
  • Familiaridade com softwares de escrituração/auditoria e captação de XMLs;
  • Noções de contabilização de participações societárias.
