Bij Nabuurs krijg je de kans om jouw leidinggevende kwaliteiten in te zetten binnen een moderne logistieke omgeving. In ons distributiecentrum in Meppel, waar we werken voor FrieslandCampina, stuur jij een team aan en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Assistent Teamleider zorg jij ervoor dat jouw team weet wat er moet gebeuren en dat het werk efficiënt en veilig wordt uitgevoerd.

Je bent de schakel tussen de werkvloer en kantoor en houdt overzicht over het logistieke proces. Je stuurt per dienst ongeveer 15 warehouse medewerkers aan en werkt samen met 5 andere assistent teamleiders. Je rapporteert aan de teamleider.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van jouw team;
  • Verdelen van werkzaamheden en zorgen dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren;
  • Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en productiviteit;
  • Afstemmen met kantoor over planning en werkzaamheden;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterkansen;
  • Zelf meewerken op de werkvloer wanneer nodig.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst:

  • 06:00 – 15:00
  • 15:00 – 00:00

Het distributiecentrum draait 24/7 en 365 dagen per jaar, waardoor elke dag anders is.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken een leidinggevende die mensen weet mee te nemen, overzicht houdt en graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van een team (bijvoorbeeld in logistiek, retail, productie, horeca of techniek;
  • Heb je mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en duidelijk in je aansturing;
  • Werk je gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht;
  • Beheers je Nederlands en Engels;
  • Vind je het geen probleem om zelf mee te werken op de werkvloer.

Logistieke ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar je leiderschapskwaliteiten vinden we belangrijker.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een salaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.300 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring – schaal D/E CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer);
  • 8,75% ploegentoeslag;
  • Werken in een hecht en professioneel team;
  • Een uitdagende werkomgeving bij FrieslandCampina;
  • Een fijn werkplek in een schoon distributiecentrum van 30.000 m²;
  • Aangename werkomgeving (geen koel- of vriesmagazijn);
