Functie-inhoud

In deze parttimefunctie (32 uur) als Customer Service Employee ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale dienstverlening en communicatie richting interne en externe klanten. Je draagt bij aan de klanttevredenheid. Je signaleert kansen en problemen en speelt hier vanuit je kennis en ervaring op in. Je krijgt een (administratief) takenpakket voor verschillende klanten. In deze functie beschik je over een proactieve, klantgerichte instelling en ben je een sterke organisator. Je ziet verbeteringen, deelt deze en draagt verbetervoorstellen aan. Je streeft constant naar het leveren van de beste kwaliteit. Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Manager Customer Care and Site Support.

Verantwoordelijkheden/taken

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het op juiste en tijdige wijze verwerken van orders en offerteaanvragen;
  • Het tijdig en adequaat informeren van klanten over levertijden, verzendingen en transport;
  • Het tijdig, adequaat en proactief handelen bij pieken en dalen bij de order entry;
  • Adequaat en tijdig handelen om zo goed als mogelijk een klant ETA te kunnen borgen;
  • Het registreren van klantklachten en invullen van de rol als probleemeigenaar;
  • Het verzorgen van de dag- en weekoverdracht aan je collega’s;
  • Het afhandelen van overige klantvragen;
  • Proactief signaleren van knelpunten in de dienstverlening richting de klant en aandragen van verbeteringen;
  • Overleg en afstemming met interne afdelingen met betrekking tot klantvragen;
  • Emballagebeheer;
  • Uitvoeren van wekelijkse facturatievoorbereiding;
  • Waarnemen van de verantwoordelijkheden en taken van je collega’s;
  • Het deelnemen aan interne projecten of het begeleiden van klantprojecten.
  • MBO +werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een logistieke omgeving;
  • Kennis van MS Office;
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Geen negen tot vijf mentaliteit;
  • Affiniteit met ERP en WMS.
