Binnen ons HR team hebben wij door interne doorstroom een plekje vrij! Zoek je een parttime baan van 24 uur (werkdagen maandag, dinsdag en donderdag) en wil jij werken binnen een familiebedrijf waarin je iedere dag samen met jouw collega’s het verschil maakt?

Wat ga je doen?

Door jouw ervaring weet jij als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om secuur en efficiënt te werken. Als collega’s kunnen wij op jouw expertise bouwen en samen zorgen wij voor een soepel draaiende HR afdeling.

Je komt te werken in ons gezellige HR- team. Het team bestaat uit 12 collega’s in verschillende functies op het gebied van HR, salarisadministratie, opleidingen en recruitment. Naast administratieve taken ben je veel in contact met de collega’s binnen ons team en op de locaties verspreid over Nederland. Je vindt het leuk om samen met het team te kijken hoe we onze processen en werkwijzen verder kunnen optimaliseren. Daarbij denk je actief mee over een efficiënte en duidelijke taakverdeling, zodat we samen zorgen dat alle werkzaamheden op een goede en effectieve manier worden opgepakt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voeren en beheren van de personeelsadministratie;
  • Verwerken van diverse mutaties;
  • Verwerken van verzuimmeldingen;
  • Invoeren diverse personele gegevens in AFAS-Profit;
  • Opstellen van arbeidscontracten en aanvullingen;
  • Correspondentie met medewerkers en derden;
  • Deelnemen en bijdrage leveren aan diverse projecten;
  • Postverwerking.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Ervaring met HR-systemen, bij voorkeur AFAS-Profit;
  • Uitstekende kennis van MS Office;
  • Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en een talent voor samenwerken;
  • Je bent een ster in plannen en organiseren en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Uitdagende baan binnen een betrokken en professioneel HR team;

  • Salaris tussen de € 3.100,- en € 4.000,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur in de week (inschaling afhankelijk van ervaring);
  • 24 vakantiedagen en 3,5 ATV dagen op basis van 40 uur in de week.
