Inhoud van jouw job

Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het continu verbeteren van onze operationele processen en het managen van specifieke (verbeter)projecten. Je denkt actief mee over nieuwe innovaties, investeringen en business cases en onderhoudt contact met externe partijen om te bekijken hoe nieuwe oplossingen onze productieprocessen efficiënter kunnen maken. Daarnaast zorg je voor het optimaal inzetten van mensen en middelen om de productiedoelstellingen te realiseren.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Initiëren, uitwerken en implementeren van procesoptimalisaties;
  • Optimaal inrichten van productie- en proceslay-outs, inclusief logistieke doorstroming;
  • Functioneel inrichten van ERP- en WMS-systemen;
  • Samenstellen van procesontwerpen en procesbeschrijvingen;
  • Uitwerken en presenteren van verbetervoorstellen en business cases aan het managementteam;
  • Proactief verzamelen, analyseren en opvolgen van gegevens en KPI’s;
  • Creëren en analyseren van nieuwe data in relatie tot productie-KPI’s en projecten;
  • Deelname aan projecten voor de implementatie van nieuwe klanten of systemen.
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden (NL en Eng);
  • Kennis van (productie)processen
  • Kunnen schakelen tussen de verschillende activiteiten, afdelingen en processen;
  • Kennis en affiniteit met werken met innovatieve en nieuwe technologieën;
  • Werkt gemakkelijk met programma’s zoals Microsoft, Adobe, Wordpress, PowerBI etc;
  • Kennis of affiniteit voor Lean & Six Sigma principes.
