Werde Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte! Für unser Team Kurzdrehen suchen wir mehrere selbstständige CNC-Bediener (m/w/d), die mit ihrem Können hochwertige Präzisionsdrehteile fertigen und unsere Erfolgsgeschichte aktiv mitgestalten.

Deine Verantwortungsbereich beinhaltet:

  • Bedienen der Maschinentypen Okuma, Miyano und Index-Kurzdrehmaschinen für die Teileproduktion
  • Umsetzung der Auftragsplanung in Menge und Qualität
  • Störungen an den Anlagen beheben und Wartungsarbeiten durchführen
  • Selbstständiges Fertigen komplexer Präzisionsdrehteile nach Produktionsplan
  • Rüsten der CNC-Maschinen durch fachgerechten Werkzeugwechsel
  • Einbringen von Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung
  • Arbeiten im 2-Schichtmodell, Früh- und Spätschicht

Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, verfügst Du über folgende Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

  • Berufsabschluss als Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Mechapraktiver EBA oder gute Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrungen im Bedienen einer oder mehrerer der genannten CNC-Kurzdrehmaschinen
  • Kenntnisse der Steuerungen Fanuc, Okuma-OSP oder Siemens
  • Gute Berufserfahrung in der Mess- und Prüftechnik und im Zeichnungslesen (Form- und Lagetoleranzen)
  • Vernetztes Denken und Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
  • Qualitäts- und zielbewusstes Handeln sowie lösungsorientierte Denkhaltung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse mind. A2 und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamplayer
  • Hohe Qualitätsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Sehrvermögen Unser Angebot
