Tavi galvenie pienākumi:

  • Profesionāli plānot, organizēt, vadīt un kontrolēt aprūpes darbu sadarbībā ar ārstniecības personālu.
  • Piedalīties ārstu vizītēs un ikrīta dežūras nodošanā-pieņemšanā, nodrošināt informācijas nodošanu aprūpes personālam.
  • Organizēt pacientu pārvešanu, konsultācijas un izmeklējumus, kā arī nodrošināt pacientu ēdināšanu, diētu pieprasījumus un ēdiena kvalitātes kontroli.
  • Nodrošināt daļu ar medikamentiem, aprūpes aprīkojumu un instrumentiem, sekot medikamentu, medicīnas preču, dezinfekcijas līdzekļu uzglabāšanai, lietošanai, norakstīšanai un kontrolēt narkotisko un psihotropo vielu apriti, veicot uzskaiti un atskaites Palma Medical sistēmā.
  • Vadīt māsu, māsu palīgu un sanitāru darbu, sadarboties ar saimniecības pārziņi, nodrošinot optimālu personāla noslogojumu, risinot prombūtnes, disciplīnas, darba kvalitātes un ētikas jautājumus.
