Přidejte se k nám a pomáhejte rodinám zvládat náročné životní situace, posilovat jejich rodičovské dovednosti a vytvářet dětem bezpečné a podnětné prostředí pro život.Do našeho týmu v Písku hledáme kolegu či kolegyni do Sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi, kterému záleží na druhých, umí naslouchat a dokáže hledat řešení i v obtížných situacích.Co bude vaší náplní práce?• Podpora rodin s dětmi, které se potýkají s náročnou životní situací• Pomoc rodičům při řešení problémů spojených s péčí o děti, bydlením, zaměstnáním nebo hospodařením• Posilování rodičovských kompetencí a podpora samostatnosti rodin• Doprovázení klientů na úřady a jednání s dalšími institucemi• Spolupráce se školami, OSPOD, úřady a dalšími organizacemi• Ambulantní i terénní práce přímo v přirozeném prostředí rodinKaždá rodina je jiná. Někdy pomůžete vyřešit konkrétní problém, jindy budete rodinu provázet delší dobu a podporovat ji na cestě k větší samostatnosti.Co od vás očekáváme?• Vzdělání odpovídající požadavkům § 110 zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, případně studium v odpovídajícím oboru těsně před dokončením – VŠ nebo VOŠ obor sociální práce, sociální pedagogika, sociální politika• Zájem o sociální práci a respektující přístup k rodinám v obtížné životní situaci• Schopnost samostatné práce i spolupráce v týmu• Základní uživatelskou znalost MS Word a Excel• Ochotu učit se novým věcem a hledat společně s klienty praktická řešeníCo vám nabízíme?• Nástupní mzdu 35 000 Kč (při plném úvazku), po zkušební době dle vzdělání a praxe až 40 000 Kč• Pracovní úvazek 1,0• Pracovní smlouvu na dobu určitou na jeden rok s perspektivou dalšího prodloužení• 5 týdnů dovolené• Stravenky a 13. plat• Práci v příjemném prostředí malého kolektivu, kde se můžete spolehnout na spolupráci kolegů• Práci, která je pestrá, smysluplná a přináší příležitost vidět konkrétní výsledky vaší podporyKde a kdy budete pracovat?• Místo výkonu práce: Písek• Pracovní doba: pondělí až pátek, 7:00–15:30• Výše úvazku: 1,0 • Předpokládaný nástup: 1.2.2027Jak se přihlásit?Zaujala vás nabídka?
