Junte-se à maior empresa de utilidades domésticas em vidro da América Latina e uma das maiores do mundo!Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Infraestrutura | LATAM para integrar nosso time!AtividadesCoordenar as equipes de Infraestrutura e Suporte de TI, definindo prioridades, padrões operacionais e ações de desenvolvimento técnico;Gerenciar ambientes de servidores, sistemas operacionais, virtualização, armazenamento, backup, alta disponibilidade e Disaster Recovery;Coordenar redes corporativas e industriais, conectividade, Wi-Fi, VPN, links, firewalls, segmentação de redes e acessos remotos;Coordenar serviços de segurança da infraestrutura, gestão de identidades e acessos, hardening, vulnerabilidades e proteção de dispositivos;Gerenciar ambientes Cloud e Data Centers, incluindo capacidade, disponibilidade, conectividade, custos e integração com ambientes locais;Assegurar a disponibilidade, o desempenho e a continuidade dos serviços de TI que suportam sistemas corporativos e operações críticas;Coordenar processos de ITSM, monitoramento, gestão de incidentes, problemas, mudanças e níveis de serviço (SLAs);Liderar projetos de modernização, expansão e melhoria da infraestrutura, identificando riscos, oportunidades de automação e otimização de custos;Gerenciar fornecedores, contratos, licenciamento, CAPEX, OPEX e orçamento da área, acompanhando indicadores e desempenho dos serviços;Definir e monitorar KPIs de infraestrutura, elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apoiar auditorias, avaliações de riscos e requisitos de Segurança da Informação;Promover a integração entre Infraestrutura, Suporte, Segurança da Informação, Sistemas e áreas de negócio, garantindo a eficiência operacional e a melhoria contínua.RequisitosEnsino superior completo em tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas;Inglês técnico;Excel Avançado; Experiência com infraestrutura de ambientes ERP SAP.
