The posting

Vi søger engagerede vikarer til vores fantastiske medarbejdergruppe, som hver dag gør en forskel for vores borgere. Her møder du et team, der brænder for at skabe rammer, hvor både borgere og medarbejdere trives.

Vi har plads til 12 borgere og råder både over bosted og beskæftigelsen.

Vores borgere har behov for:

• Støtte til at skabe og fastholde struktur i hverdagen. • Forudsigelighed og visuel kommunikation. • Motivation og tillid. • Særligt fokus på motion, sund kost og regulering af deres nervesystem.

Som vikar hos os spiller du en vigtig rolle i at støtte vores borgere gennem dagen og hjælpe dem med at navigere i deres struktur. Når det bliver svært for en borger, er det vigtigt, at du kan bevare roen og være et stabilt spejl, så deres nervesystem kan finde tryghed i dit.

Vi leder efter dig, der

• har en rolig og afbalanceret tilgang, også i pressede situationer. • kan motivere, lege og skabe tillid gennem nærvær. • har interesse i at arbejde med visuel kommunikation og struktur. • kan lide at være aktiv og støtte vores borgere i motion og sundhed.

Erfaring er en fordel, men ikke et krav – vi sørger for oplæring og støtte fra vores dygtige kolleger.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår sker i henhold til gældende overenskomst indgået mellem KL og den forhandlingsberettigede organisation.
