Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and technology needs.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for technology projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to ensure solutions align with business goals.

Technical Understanding & Solutioning:

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and translated into technical solutions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, APIs, and database management.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend technical improvements or integrations.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and efficient solutions.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive decision-making and solution design.

Testing & Implementation Support:

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases and ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation.
  • Ensure smooth transition from development to production with proper documentation and training.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-10 years as a BA/PO in a technology-driven environment.
  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development, databases, APIs, cloud computing, and system integration.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both business and technical teams.
  • Tools & Technologies: Experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies, API documentation (Postman, Swagger), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments with product owners, developers, and testers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects is a plus.
  • Certifications like CBAP, CSPO, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $115K - $130K Gross (base+bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
