Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly. We are seeking highly motivated, with attention to detail individuals to join our team.   • Must retain knowledge of menu items and kitchen equipment
  • Prepares menu with pride and integrity for each item

  • Communicates with supervisor on any discrepancies or shortages of labor, products, menu item and tools.
